How to Become a Member
- To become a member, all we ask you to do is complete a registration form.
- You will be asked to pay a £15 membership fee (payable each year on the anniversary of joining).
- We will then send you a welcome pack, which includes your membership card and number.
- Once you have received the welcome pack, you can call and make your first booking!
- You can download a registration form below which you can print, then complete and post or email back to us:
If you prefer, we can send an application pack out to you via post, via email or you can call in to the office and collect a pack. Please call 01745 344222 or email info@dialaridedenbighshire.org.

We also do Group Memberships for care homes, clubs etc. – Please contact the office for more information.
Please Note: There is a fare for each journey you make, however, our fares are subsidised to keep costs low – (see Fares for more details)
